Property finance expert ������˾�� has announced the completion of its largest loan to date, a £12m specialist residential funding solution for Savoy Projects LLP.

The transaction, named Savoy Place, marks a significant milestone for the bank and demonstrates its ability to complete high-value deals in tight timeframes.

The loan will be used to refinance the development of a 62-apartment complex in Farnborough.

Despite the tight timeframe required by the borrower, who had been let down by a previous lender, ������˾�� was able to complete the transaction in just 12 working days from initial enquiry to drawdown.
